Faculty Reaching for Academic Medical Excellence

FRAME is a faculty development program for all tenured, tenure-track, and non-tenure track underrepresented minority SOM faculty members at the ranks of Assistant and Associate Professor. Underrepresented is defined broadly to encompass sex, gender identity, race, ethnicity, religion, primary language, disability, and extent to which groups are represented at the higher levels of academic medicine leadership. The program, which is focused on equipping faculty members with the skills necessary to achieve success along their chosen career trajectory, consists of 7 1-day meetings and 1 2-day meeting, held on Fridays or Friday-Saturday during the months of April through November.
