Shaelin Maresco, also known by Shae, serves as the Assistant Director of Enrollment Management and Strategic Initiatives for the Case Western Reserve University, School of Medicine. In her role, Shae strives to bring innovation and creativity to the recruitment and retention efforts of the School of Medicine. While still early in her career, Shae has experience in enrollment management across the K-12 and higher education industries; both within Ohio and throughout the United States.
She comes to CWRU after spending several years working in Admissions at her alma mater, Baldwin Wallace University; where she obtained her B.A in Arts Management and Entrepreneurship in 2018 and her Master of Business Administration (MBA), in 2024. She holds professional certificates in College Admissions for Emerging Leaders through the National Association of College Admission Counselors, and Leadership and Innovation through Baldwin Wallace University.
She believes that education is the greatest equalizer and lets that philosophy guide her work. Shae strives to help ensure an equal and fair access to education for all!
