If you are requesting an official transcript and/or MSPE, you must submit our Transcript & MSPE Request Form first to the School of Medicine Registrar’s Office before submitting payment.

3rd Party Verification Requests - $12.50
If you are a third-party (someone other than the actual CWRU student/graduate) requesting verification of medical education, please check this box to pay the required $12.50 processing fee. There are no additional delivery fees required to mail or fax a 3rd party verification request to the intended recipient. An additional $21 fee still applies for FedEx delivery. 
Transcript - $7.50 per document for current students; $11.00 per document for alumni ($14.25 for international delivery)
MSPE - $11.00 per document ($14.25 for international delivery)
