Group Funding Requests

All CSR student organizations are eligible for funding for up to 3 events per semester. Of note, gift cards cannot be reimbursed. If you need to purchase those for an event, please let the CSR Treasurer, Anna Zhang, know in advance. Additionally, in order to receive funding for group events, the event must be open to the student body and advance either the educational mission or CWRU SOM community. A representative from your organization will request funding on CampusGroups at least one week in advance of your event. 

Helpful Instructions

A decision on funding approval will be made in the following days. The base reimbursement rate is $100/event, with $150/event for events with more than 50 participants.

Collaborative Funding Request

A portion of group funding has been set aside for collaborative events, meant to encourage combined events across areas of interest. 
Note: The base reimbursement rate is $150/event, with $180/event for events with more than 50 participants.

Requests will be accepted and processed on a rolling basis and as long as funds remain.
