CWRU Board of Trustee Meeting Dates

Submission Time Table for New Junior Level Full Time Faculty Appointments. (Please note: New Senior Level Full Time Faculty require additional time for additional review).

Meetings may be changed or canceled; therefore, time-sensitive actions should be submitted sufficiently in advance of the expected effective date to allow for this possibility.

New Senior-Level Appointments require additional levels of review that do not allow for them to adhere to the above schedule. 

Full Time Senior Level Promotion Deadlines:

For NTT promotion effective January 1, 2028: January 20, 2027 is the submission date for senior-level academic (non-tenure track) promotion declaration; March 1, 2027 is the submission date for the complete packet.

For TT promotion effective July 1, 2028: March 26, 2027 is the submission date for senior-level tenure track promotion declaration; April 28, 2027 is the submission date for the complete packet.

For NTT promotion effective July 1, 2028: May 3, 2027 is the submission date for senior-level academic (non-tenure track) promotion declaration; June 3, 2027 is the submission date for the complete packet.

Full Time Junior Level Promotion and Emeritus Faculty Deadlines:

For an effective date of January 1, 2027: complete packets must be submitted to faculty affairs by September 15, 2026

For an effective date of July 1, 2027: complete packets must be submitted to faculty affairs by February 15, 2027
