Research credentialing and clinical credentialing are separate processes and each affiliate hospital has different requirements. Students should expect to go through credentialing multiple times at the same site if he/she will be doing both clinical rotations and research activities. Students will probably go through multiple credentialing requirements during the four year curriculum. All students are responsible for completing credentialing requirements before beginning any approved activities at affiliated hospitals.
