Drop/Add Policy

The Registrar's Office will not process a student request to drop an elective rotation within 30 days of the start of the elective unless approval has been obtained in writing from the rotation leader or designee.

Students are responsible for notifying the appropriate departments, including the School of Medicine Registrar when a drop has been confirmed.

The drop/add policy for Acting Internships will include additional requirements to be specified in a separate policy.

CCLCM students must complete the electronic Enroll/Drop Form in the CCLCM portal.
