Clare Soria, attorney at the Conservation Law Foundation, will discuss the organization's climate and environmental enforcement litigation in federal and state court.  Speaker Bio Clare Soria is an attorney at the Conservation Law Foundation (CLF), a New England focused, regional environmental non-profit. At CLF, Soria litigates environmental enforcement suits in federal court. Her case load involves suing major bus companies for excessive idling, manufacturing facilities for violations of the Clean Air and Water Act, and advocacy against open-ocean industrial salmon aquaculture.
