In November, the Business Law Center sponsored the George A. Leet Business Law Symposium on Corporate Law and Private Ordering. The symposium featured keynote speaker Jill Fisch, the Saul A. In the spring of 2024, the Case Western Law Review published three articles from the symposium in Volume 74. Articles include:

  • The Hidden Cost of Contracting for ESG: A New Perspective on Private Ordering by Juliet P. Kostritsky, Jillian T. Fox and Blake Spiller.

Eric C. Chaffee wrote the introduction to the Leet titled Corporate Law and Private Ordering. The articles can be viewed on Scholarly Commons

The next Leet Symposium will take place on Nov. 8, 2024, and will feature keynote speaker, Matthew Jennejohn, who will deliver an address on relational contracting and industrial policy.
