On November 30, the Ohio Supreme Court released the results of the most recent Ohio Bar exam. With a 94 percent Bar pass rate (59 out of 63), Case Western Reserve School of Law graduates performed the best out of nine Ohio law schools for first-time takers.
For all exam takers, combining first-time and repeat takers, Case Western Reserve had a Bar pass rate of 91 percent (60 out of 66), which was second-best in the state. This continues the law school's strong performance among all takers in recent years:

- Feb. 2020 - 1st
- July 2019 - 1st
- Feb. 2019 - 1st
- July 2018 - 2nd
- Feb. 2018 - 1st
- July 2017 - 1st
Because of the coronavirus, the Ohio Bar exam was postponed from July to October and was administered online. This summer and fall, School of Law graduates took the Bar exam in 19 states.
