She has developed and implemented various professional development programs at the SOM for faculty in all career stages. She serves as a resource to faculty and chairs in navigating leadership issues. Her work includes consulting on professional conduct issues, coaching faculty members, chairs, and faculty administrators, and co-facilitating campus-wide professional development programs for junior and mid-career faculty.
