2026–2027 Programs
- Leadership in Academic Medicine Program (LAMP)
- LAMP is a faculty development program for early-career faculty. It consists of monthly in-person workshops covering the fundamentals of career planning, self-awareness and self-management, and leadership skills. The program will help faculty members succeed in academic medicine through improved abilities in time management, negotiation, mentor identification, self-efficacy, career satisfaction, and academic promotion.
- Faculty Toolkit Podcast Series
- This podcast is a monthly, hour-long informational series for all faculty discussing a wide array of topics.
- On-Demand Faculty Development Resources
- Cleveland Clinic’s Office of Educator & Scholar Development shares free on-demand faculty development lessons with all CWRU faculty.
- Steps to Success
- Open to all basic science faculty, these lunch-and-learn sessions were designed based on the recommendations from department chairs and what information they feel their faculty need.
- To Tenure and Beyond
- Open to all CWRU second-year tenure-track faculty, this program discusses self-advocacy, time management, work-life integration and more.
