For the 2025-26 academic year, current upper-class students may re-select their current apartment. The requirements to re-select your same apartment are as follows:
- Apartment for Spring 2025 semester must be completely full
- Must have a minimum of 50% of current residents returning to the same apartment
- Must completely fill the apartment with other rising or current upper-class students
This chart reflects the 50% of current residents needed to re-select the same apartment:

Please note that any Second Year students living in apartments will not be able to re-select their apartments; they will need to go through the upper-class lottery process.
The deadline to submit your re-select group is Friday, March 7 by 11:59 p.m.
Current Triangle Residents
If you are currently living in The Triangle and wish to "reselect", we will find you housing in a similar size apartment in other on-campus housing. You (and your roommate) complete your individual housing application by Friday, March 7, 2025. In addition, complete this Campus Groups form to give us your building preferences. You will not be guaranteed a specific building.

Important Notice
This process requires that you give your application number to your group leader. By doing so, you are allowing this person to act on your behalf in the room selection process. This person's actions will be binding. If a room is chosen for you, you will not be able to change it. Please be sure this person thoroughly understands your preferences.
To Organize a Group for the Re-Select Same Apartment as the Group Leader:

Complete an Upper-class housing application by Friday, March 7, 2025. Any application completed after this date will not be able to participate in room selection.

Have your roommates complete their housing application.

Create a group in the 'Room Selection' page to reselect your same apartment. If your apartment is eligible to be reselected, you will be able to create a group

Invite individuals to join your group. These individuals must accept your invitation.

Submit your group online by the deadline, Friday, March 7, 2025.

As the group leader, you will be notified when you can complete the bedroom assignments.
To Participate in a Group for the Re-Select Same Apartment Option:

Have the group leader send you an invite to join their group. You will need to accept this invitation.
