Students who are confirmed for a co-op or study abroad experience must complete the following steps:
- Notify our department by completing an Academic Status Change Request on MyHousing under Special Housing Requests.
- We will verify your experience with the respective office and confirm your new status.
Please be reminded that if you are a second-year student you will still be required to live on campus when you return in the Spring 2025 semester and will be required to complete a Spring 2025 Housing Application later in the Fall semester.
Are You Still Looking for an Experiential Learning Opportunity?
If you do not have an experiential learning opportunity confirmed, you may want to participate in the room selection process if you wish to live on campus. If you do participate in the room selection process, please note the following:
- You would be required to notify our department immediately once you receive confirmation of your experiential learning opportunity. Your assignment will be canceled with no fees.
- If you have a co-ed suite, your cancellation will require your roommates to find a replacement (see information about co-educational suites).
