Our event space rates are structured across defined tiers to ensure that organizations of all sizes and budgets can access think[box]. Each tier is designed with a specific type of organization in mind. We ask that you select the tier that reflects your organization's capacity.

Our activity rooms are ideal for programs, workshops, and meetings for 25 people or fewer.

How do I know which tier applies to my organization?
Please refer to descriptions and examples below to best determine which category your organization falls under.
Community Tier: For organizations with limited to no dedicated budget, including volunteer-run or all-volunteer organizations, unincorporated community groups, nonprofits with limited operating budgets, or student-led organizations without institutional funding. For example, neighborhood associations, grassroots advocacy groups, or small local nonprofits.
Adjusted Tier: For mission-driven organizations with moderate operating budgets, including established nonprofits with paid staff, university departments and academic research groups, government agencies and public institutions, professional associations, or trade organizations. For example, CWRU academic departments, regional nonprofits, city or county agencies, and professional societies.
Standard Tier: For organizations with full operating budgets and institutional financial support, including private companies and corporations, startups with active funding or revenue, consultancies and professional service firms, well-funded foundations, or large national organizations. For example, technology companies, law firms, venture-backed startups, or large corporate foundations.

Why does think[box] use tiered pricing?
We want everyone regardless of budget to have access to our spaces. Our three pricing tiers are designed to make that possible. Choose the tier that fits your organization type, and know that booking at a higher tier directly supports access for those who need a lower rate. It's a community-driven model built on trust and shared commitment to open access.
What if I can't afford any of the tier rates?
We are committed to making our spaces available to all. If fees present an insurmountable barrier, please reach out so that we can discuss ways for subsidizing your event.
