Meeting Spaces

With a conference room and numerous multipurpose spaces from which to choose, Sears think[box] is the perfect place to host your next meeting, presentation or work session. Please check our Hours to ensure we're open when you want to use these rooms and spaces. 

Case Western Reserve University students, staff and faculty can reserve these spaces up to one week ahead of time with the Spartan Reservation System. Reservations more than one week away can be made by submitting our Activity Form.

Everyone else may submit our Activity Form and we’ll follow-up.

These rooms are shared resources. A single party may reserve up to 8 hours of time in a week. Please clean up after yourself and dispose of food waste in the kitchenette trash.

Floor 6 Hotel Offices 

Located on our Entrepreneurship Floor, the Hotel Offices feature a whiteboard, desk, and seating for up to 3 people.

Floor 6 Huddle Rooms

Larger than a hotel office, these open collaboration spaces include a whiteboard, shared display, and seating for up to 6 people.

Floor 2 Conference Room  

Located on Floor 2, our Collaboration Floor, this conference room features a wall-mounted display for video conferencing and presentations and seating for up to 12 people.

Floor 6 Small Conference Room

Located on our Entrepreneurship Floor, this conference room features a wall-mounted display for video conferencing and presentations and seating for up to 8 people.
