First Amendment Clinic Members

The First Amendment Clinic at Case Western Reserve University School of Law is one of several clinics under the umbrella of the Kramer Law Clinic. It is primarily staffed by a director, attorney fellows, and third-year law students certified as legal interns by the Supreme Court of Ohio. Among other matters, the clinic has represented people suing government actors for violating their First Amendment rights, and has defended people who were sued by public figures for expressing their opinions.

The clinic's Advisory Board consists of academics at the School of Law who have a particular expertise in topics relevant to the clinic. Advisory Board members are not engaged in client representations and do not have access to confidential client information.
